Returns

  1. Wrong or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team at info@lajawihair.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you on the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund.

  2. Change of Mind: If you have a change of mind about a product, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact us to initiate the return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please follow the returns process and place a new order for the desired item.
